We are convinced that the direct relationship with the hiring manager is one of the most important success factors needed to ensure effective acquisition of talent.  We will not take on any engagement where this critical element does not exist.  Managing a search project is like managing any project, it requires alignment and constant contact with those in the position to make important decisions.  It is for that reason, we seek as our primary reporting relationship, the hiring manager.
