Search Consultants are the heart and soul of the Virtual Recruiters organization. They work closely with clients to help them source and attract quality talent that will impact business results.  Because our clients require different approaches to their talent acquisition strategies, we hire and train individuals at three different levels:

• Associate Search Consultants
• Search Consultants
• Senior Search Consultants

At Virtual Recruiters all Search Consultants participate in full life cycle recruiting for client companies while developing expertise in advanced search methods and increasing industry, market, and functional acumen.  The varied work we do shares a number of important elements. 

All Virtual Recruiters Search Consultants:

• Work on mission-critical staffing projects that are at the top of our clients' agendas
• Have responsibility for requisition design support, employment advertisement administration, direct sourcing, candidate screening, applicant tracking, offer management, compliance reporting, and pipeline development
• Interact and communicate regularly and frequently with client hiring managers, human resource representatives, and candidates
• Are contributing members of a Virtual Recruiters team, collaborating with members of client teams
• Assist in improving Virtual Recruiters search process by providing frequent feedback and ideas that may help to enhance our service offerings

Senior Search Consultants may also be responsible for:

• Client workforce planning and gap analysis design and delivery
• Mentoring and training of other search consultants on advanced search skills and knowledge
• Business development strategy design and execution to drive organic growth for Virtual Recruiters within client companies
